Standard (non-custom made) orders placed via the website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. The customer will cover the shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange your order please send your inquiry to info@piroskanna.com, and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Please note that custom sizes and special orders including custom made pieces are not eligible for return.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, are final sale.

If you placed your order on Instagram or Facebook, please use the appropriate app to request a return. These orders cannot be returned through our website.
